This is a small scale laboratory test and should be used for comparative purpose. It is NOT to be used to assess the potential fire hazard of a material in use.

The above physical properties have been obtained on the foam produced from injecting CRF into a test cavity wall with a cavity width of approximately 55mm.  The test wall had a brick outer leaf and a block inner leaf.

The foam system was injected through holes drilled in the outer leaf using a Gusmer FF proportioner fitted with a model D gun.  The holes were drilled at 3 brick centres horizontally and 5 brick centres vertically using a staggered drilling pattern.

The physical properties obtained when making different items using alternative conditions than those detailed above may vary, and should be determined for the intended application.
